This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using Cartio. It exists to keep the platform safe, compliant and effective for all merchants and their customers.
You must only contact customers you have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to reach, and you must comply with all applicable messaging, telemarketing, privacy and consumer-protection laws in the regions you operate in.
You may not use Cartio to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or fraudulent content, or to promote illegal products or services.
You may not send unsolicited bulk messages to recipients who have not opted in or with whom you have no legitimate relationship. Respect opt-outs and do-not-contact requests immediately and permanently.
Customers must be able to opt out of communications at any time. Cartio honors opt-outs across channels; you must not attempt to circumvent them.
You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform, or use it to distribute malware or conduct security attacks.
You must handle customer data responsibly, use it only for legitimate business purposes, and not sell or misuse the data made accessible through Cartio.
Cartio may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this policy or creates legal or reputational risk to the platform or its users.
