It is a percentage of the cart value we recover, and the percentage depends on your plan. On Launch it is 12%, so a recovered $100 cart costs you $12 and you keep $88. Growth takes it to 7%, Scale to 4%. We only count carts we actually bring back.
Recovery commission applies after an attributed purchase and your five commission-free recoveries. Recovery fees and monthly plan subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Phone-number rentals and channel usage are separate; Cartio-managed telephony uses your prepaid balance. There is no setup fee.

Availability depends on your plan. Check the plan cards for included features and the dashboard for usage rates and limits. A monthly subscription does not remove recovery commission or make channel usage unlimited.
The first five recoveries per store have no recovery commission. Recovery commission starts with the sixth recovery. This is separate from the plan trial: subscription terms, phone-number rentals and channel usage still apply.
You can cancel your plan. Charges already incurred remain payable. Review your subscription and any active phone-number rentals in the dashboard when cancelling; subscription and number billing are separate.
